All items are dropped shipped. This means I personally am not printing and packing your orders. If there is an issue with your print I would love to help you out and make things right! Please contact me via email either on my contact form or at phil@philmakes.art.
If an item damaged during shipment, it must be reported within 30 days of order date to quality for a full replacement. To expedite the process please take some photos of the outer packaging, damaged prints/products so that you can provide them to customer service representative.
